Paul Conway is our longest-standing member of staff, with over 25 years of service he now has an unparalleled experience of the electrical contracting industry. As our Contracts Director, Paul spends his time in the main out of the office visiting our sites and liaising with our clients and workforce to support the highest requirements of our customers, by accepting challenges and making quick decisions. A holder of the Managing Safely Health & Safety certificate, Paul ensures our annual commitment to SSIP/SMAS. Paul is also a technical specialist and a first port of call for the whole company in the resolution of complex technical challenges. He is never seen without his trustworthy I-Pad which ensures quick and direct communication with all concerned.

Paul’s technical appetite is also enjoyed at home with his many gadgets, his latest is used to measure and map out his cycling routes for his new sporting hobby.
